Joanne is a talented therapist and intuitive healer, one of the first to qualify as a Bowen Technique (Bowtech) instructor in the Nineties, a decision she describes as ‘life changing’. Today she remains humbled and constantly amazed at the results that can be achieved.

While her interest and experience in holistic health spans many modalities, she has seen growing interest in Bowen. As an instructor, she aims to inspire her students and share her love of this ‘wonderful’ modality. “Quite simply, Bowen therapy works, and I have seen people become free of pain, often within minutes, which is deeply rewarding,” she said.

Joanne’s career path started with a BA degree in South Africa, before qualifying as a psychiatric nurse. Moving to the UK she became a vibrational medicine practitioner and developed her life-long interest in energy medicine, universal consciousness and the mysteries of life.

Since she was a child, she has had a strong link to the spiritual world and has developed a high level of intuitive awareness that helps greatly in her work with clients and in her teaching. Her teaching style is relaxed and reassuring, sharing her knowledge and many years of personal and professional experience to guide and empower her students.
